Expired Certificate in Windows PV Drivers

It seems the vates cert bundled with 8.2.2.200-rc1 has expired and causing installation errors.

Getting a new certificate from Microsoft stalled due to bugs on their platform and support not able to solve them.

Thanks, better to stick with Citrix drivers for now.
