Unwanted sorted folder default location

This line creates subfolders under the monitored folder, and doesn't allow you to specify a full pathname. Could you fix it so it defaults to that if nothing else is set?

It doesn't make sense to me that you'd keep everything in the Downloads folder, even if it's "sorted" into subfolders. My current workaround is commenting out line 191 and setting "C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Pictures" as the destination for those wanted filetypes.
