Great solution, I added it into a flask app, and makes it very easy to switch between apps on the tv, calling from Home Assistant. But I was wondering if there is a way to set HDMI inputs as well? Thanks.

Have not found a way to make switching HDMI sources other than emulation key presses.

But this can https://pypi.org/project/python-samsung-mdc/ Could not get that to work sadly.

Looks like this is for a specific series of monitors, the indicated port 1515 is not even open on my TV. Thanks, will keep searching.
