FIX: xchain-bitcoin haskoin 500 Error

500 error is being sent before haskoin recieves the txid. Failed with status code 500 In some cases the tx is submmited despite throwing this error.

Closing this , should be fixed with the changing on the url endpoints for bitcoin and Bitcoin cash
