Videoplayer cuts off about 500ms of audio at start of playback

Describe the bug

Here is a clear and concise description of what the problem is:

As already discussed in this thread: https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=373696 I open a ticket here to let you devs know that Kodi cuts off about 500 ms of Audio when playback starts. a good example is this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgKAFK5djSk I downloaded it and made a mkv file so you can test: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1e0EjSgSvGsgqUgeqfyCBM2kC6nkAxVCz/view?usp=sharing It does not matter which audio output is used, it simply is everytime. I discovered this bug already many years ago, but thought, maybe my setup is just not the best. But in the meantimeI upgraded some parts and used GPUs from all GPU manufacturers (AMD, Intel and Nvidia) but the issue still persists.

Expected Behavior

Here is a clear and concise description of what was expected to happen:

Audio should not be cut off, Inthe provided sample the first note played on piano is missing. Compare it to playing it in Firefox.

Actual Behavior

Audio should not be cut off, just like in MPC-BE

Possible Fix

Bug is present for at least 7 years. So I don't know

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Play the https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgKAFK5djSk in Firefox -> Audio is not cut off
2. Play https://drive.google.com/file/d/1e0EjSgSvGsgqUgeqfyCBM2kC6nkAxVCz/view?usp=sharing in Kodi -> Audio is cut off
