Wrong pvr.waipu binary version in official Kodi repository

The latest version of this pvr addon for Kodi Matrix is pvr.waipu 19.2.1-Matrix.

The official Kodi addon repository contains some Nexus versions of this plugin, see https://kodi.tv/addons/matrix/pvr.waipu

I would expect the Kodi binary repos contain version 19.x.x of pvr.waipu, because 20.x.x is intended for Kodi Nexus.

I've checked a few PVR folders in the repo and each has mixed versions again.

I've cleaned out the v20 builds in matrix, but in order to do new builds we need github authorization on your repo. @fuzzard @lrusak what needs to be done to get jenkins to build this again?
