I noticed this neat timeshift ui which apparently is not available yet for PVR streams handled by inputstream (zattoo)

As the feature is already built into Kodi, maybe there is some chance to make it available to inputstream?

One precondition is that inputstream.adaptive implements the API function GetStreamTimes, which is currently not the case. @peak3d we talked about this some months ago.
