Describe the bug

Time in Programm guide is shown in UTC and in english notification grafik grafik grafik

Expected Behavior

Time should be displayed adjusted to the selected timezone from kodi and in the regional settings

Your Environment

Used Operating system: Libreelec 12 nightly build LibreELEC-Generic.x86_64-12.0-nightly-20240107-6ca79da.img (but same in "older" libreelec versions e.g. LE11 or LE10) on firefox
