currently playing info not updated correctly for liveTV

when watching liveTV and one TV show ends and the next starts, the "currently playing" info in Chorus is not updating. The time in the progress bar keeps growing and the info is never update. Since there is no event fired (yet) when a new EPG entry/show is starting, Chorus likely has to poll the info when the progress bar reaches it's end
