Playlist items being dropped

Describe the bug
When moving playlist items the selection drops randomly.
Expected Behavior
The selection should only be released when the figer is lifted off the screen like 2.5.1.
Actual Behavior
Without any change in the finger while the item is moving in the list it will release randomly.
To Reproduce
- Select list item
- Start moving it up or down the playlist
- Wait for the item to release by itself either while the finger is moving or not.
Your Environment
Used Operating system: Android
- Mobile device: Redmi note 9 pro
- Android version: 11
- Kodi version and platform: 19.1 from the Debian 11 repositories
- Kore version: v3.0
This seems to happen when the moving direction isn't straight vertical, meaning, a slight horizontal movement causes the playlist to drop.
It's also happened a few times when my finger wasn't moving: my finger was at the position where the playlist is scrolling up or down the screen and I'm waiting to be at the right position in the playlist to release but instead it releases on its own.
