enable_logging

Logging enabled to "xbvr.log" in app directory. Added "open log file" to Windows tray icon. Logs to both console (Linux) and file.

log file locations:

Windows                 Linux/BSDs (docker)                        MacOS
%APPDATA%/xbvr          $XDG_CONFIG_HOME ($HOME/.config/xbvr)      $HOME/Library/Application Support/xbvr
