remove alert warning dialog update

new version > current version

please place it on top of Any| Available.... and disable once 'download now' is clicked

for now , I removed warning using browser 'inspect element'

I'm new to this software and just installed it. First thing I notice is this stupid notification I can't remove thats blocking part of the UI. I'm running docker and have the latest version, so a popup telling me to update to a newer version which hasnt even been put onto docker yet while blocking parts of the UI is not helpful.
