Actions content may overwrite "force update scenes"

Please check if scraped content obtained via "force update scenes" is being overwritten by existing actions table content. I noticed after running updated scrapers, content in DB was being replaced during "reapply edits" routine.

Possibly only update action table when scene is edited, not when being matched. So that only manually changed data would be expected to survive a forced scraping?
