Hi welcome on board, I think you checked #8 so the only thing that I did in Dollar´s Toolkit is changing a little bit the NMS parameters and make readable for image-based GTs additional of *.mat. I can share with you those files, I do not know how is the license of Dollar´s Toolkit but you know I used just for academic and research purpose :) here

P.S. maybe they need some improvements

I think, that documentation has every files you need for evaluation, do not forget installing the pre-requirements.
