support for alter database

I know the support for alter database is somewhat limited in sqlite, but i need it for a project I am working on. I have added support to it in my fork here. let me know if you are happy with it or want me to do anything else to it. regards

nice feature. But one thing as a suggestion for the future: don't reformat a full project with your editor. It's a pain to find the ~20 lines of code that you really have changed

Sorry about that. It's a force of habit for me in Ti Studio to reformat my code using the shortcut keys
