Define <Plug> mappings to remap them freely

I defined some <Plug> mappings for the provided mappings to customize the mappings freely.

If this PR will be merged, I'll be able to map them freely by setting g:clang_make_default_mapping to 0 and mapping <Plug>s to my favorite keysequences.
