Does not show subtitles in container.

I can see subtitles if I have an external .vtt file, but it does not seem to play the subtitle track inside the video file. For example I have a .webm file with a vp9 video, opus audio, and vtt subtitles.

Is there some option that will tell it to display the subtitles?
