Missing dask support for models based on complex data

Describe the bug Just realized the issues here hadn’t mentioned this before: models with complex data don’t have Dask support right now because of a bug in dask.array.linalg.svd_compressed. Check out the issue report and PR.

Expected behavior Fitting complex models with dask works.
