helper method to set auxiliary coordinate variables as coords variables

It'd be nice to have ds.cf.set_aux_coords() that would set auxiliary variables such as those named in cell_measures, coordinates and bounds (possibly more?) as xarray coordinate variables so that they are carried around with the appropriate DataArrays.

There should be a better name for this function.
