Automatic change of txt file

Hello, I'm trying to export multiple stl files of a propeller. The catch is that I want to slightly change the parameters between each iteration. The parameters are already in a txt file, but I'm not sure on how to create a sort of for cycle in which i implement the new parameters and export the file. Help would be appreciated thank you
