ADD CUSTOM PROPERTY

I find myself loosing a lot of time fixing part files just to add custom properties. I have fixed the custom properties in the part template, so it won't be an ongoing problem, but if I want other macros to work, such as [Export Flat Patterns From Part Or Assembly Components], I need properties like thickness and material to be correct.

If you can see the following screenshots, this is what I have to add every time. Material and ESP (Espesor=Thickness)

Is there any way a macro can do it for me? Just with one click, I will save a lot of time. And this macro could be customized to do it with any specific property. It would also be nice if I could do it from the assembly, so I don't have to click on the macro inside every component.
