Solidworks custom BOM to Excel

I need VBA Macro for Solidworks 2020 which will create Excel document for opened Solidworks Assembly. Excel document will show list with all parts from assembly and subassemblies without repetition and show their name, material and total number in assemby. Macro also create special work sheet for every subassembly where is shown list of parts of subassembly with their names, material and total number of parts in subassembly. User should have choice to add aditional 1-3 atributes except name, material and number of parts.
