Solidworks Force Rebuild Macro

In need of a Macro feature to automatically run SOLIDWORKS macro on Force Rebuild only. Currently this is one for rebuild a model, but that runs the macro too much during modifying model features.

The alternative would be to have a Macro feature to automatically run SOLIDWORKS macro saving the active document.
