Hole callout automation

Hi I'm looking for a macro that would automatically apply hole callout label to every hole in a drawing or a drawing view. Ideally instead of writing number of instances of the hole it would show every single hole with a leader or separate callout. I can't think of a method that would do such thing. Or am I seeking the impossible here? Thank you
