CTRL + DRAG toolbar button to context menu removes button from toolbar+

I made 3 buttons in toolbar+. (marked 1 , 2 and 3 in the image) When I Customize the context menu (when RMB on subassembly) and CTRL + DRAG the button (2) to the context menu, then the button is removed from toolbar+.

In the image there was a button in between (start from arrow)

When checking toolbar+ via configure, the buttons are still defined correctly:
