Toolbars changes/disappears

First of all thank you for the great Toolbar+!

However, I still have issue like:

1. Toolbars start showing different macro buttons (one toolbar is even copied to another without any changes in the .setts-file)
2. Toolbars are not visible anymore or placed at another location.
3. The additional customization options can suddenly change (https://cadplus.xarial.com/toolbar/customization/).

I sometimes switch between 2 .setts-files. One for my own setup and another with simplified toolbars for my colleagues. The above also happens for my colleagues except point 1 (not 100% sure).

I know you have address this before (remembering solving the issue with toolbars disappearing), so I imagine that SW is to blame.

But how do I address with my reseller/SW in the best possible way? Setting up custom macro on SW tabs can also change etc.
