BOM+ does not count for Excluded from BOM setting

There does not seem to be setting to ignore Excluded from BOM items from BOM+.

BOM+ supports are excluded from the cut list and envelopes for both parts, assemblies, and cut-lists, and those items are automatically removed from the BOM. I have created a simple model which demonstrates those (Simple.zip).

Could you please provide more details on where this issue is reproducible?
