Connect wiki pages with cljdoc

Not sure how you imagine this to look like? Anyway, let's keep in mind that we're pulling the wiki pages also into phoenix as documentation for each formula, and in this case there shouldn't be any links to cljdoc.

Wiki pages should not be changed. This issue mostly about how to make them available as an articles for cljdoc. And this is a question of repository organisation and configuration.

https://github.com/cljdoc/cljdoc/blob/master/doc/userguide/for-library-authors.adoc#articles You are welcome to jump in) Looks like it is possible to add wiki pages as a submodule into ./doc folder and add cljdoc.edn file with structure description.

But this issue has nothing common with clojure or clojure infrastructure
