Adjustable palette speed setting

When you render fractal it's sometimes impossible to create smooth coloring (especially with truecolor palettes) because colors are changing too fast and it creates noise in deeper parts of fractal. Deep spirals are flat, noisy and boring with visible interference patterns. I think that there should be parameter that would control the speed of color changes.

Ah, it seems that my suggestion in issue 56 would be a good solution here!
