which xanmod branch should I use?

Hi there ,

I use Ubuntu 22 server . It's a VPS server on vmware esxi and it's hosting counter strike 2 server . I read somewhere that RT branch is not compatible with vmware . Which version should I install ?

Are all xanmod kernels ( RT and LTS ) using governor " performance " in the kernels? Are they all optimized for running game servers?
