Feature request: add `linux-tools-xanmod` package

I know that this is a duplicate, but it seems that issue #361 has been inactive for a few months.
Good to learn that in the past we had a linux-tools-xanmod package, it's a pity that we don't have that anymore.
We would be happy if we can have linux-tools again. I can help with packaging if your time is limited.
