Function keys (volume up/down, skip, play, etc) on keyboard move the mouse instead of registering keypresses

This behavior does not happen on the vanilla kernel. Are there any logs I can send to help?

sudo libinput debug-events --verbose shows that libinput is in fact getting mouse movement rather than keypresses
