Support SR-IOV on Intel iGPUs (11th gen)

It is probably well known by now that Intel has scrapped GVT-g in favour of GPU SR-IOV. Poking around on the internet, I am told that Intel apparently has drivers for SR-IOV in their Linux LTS fork.

I would like to add SR-IOV related code to the Xanmod kernel, which would be a Xanmod kernel highlight.
