static noise when changing volume settings

As the tittle says, I hear static from the inside of my computer when I am adjusting the volume (via KDE's volume manager)

It shouldn't be a pcspkr as it's blacklisted (so I am assuming it's some kind of current(?))

EDIT: I do not get this on linux, linux-zen, linux-lts, linux-tkg(pds/bmq)
