in mkdebian, please change 'hostname' to 'hostnamectl --static'.

Some linux boxes do not have inetutils package for they don't run FTP/TELNET/RSH/etc, and hostname can be fetched via 'hostnamectl --static' (systemd).

I know some distros are systemd-free, so maybe the mkdebian can choose smartly?
