problem with BBRv3 patch and 6.6

I'm getting this error when applying the patch:

error: patch failed: include/net/tcp.h:723 error: include/net/tcp.h: patch does not apply Patch failed at 0015 tcp: introduce per-route feature RTAX_FEATURE_ECN_LOW

(works fine in 6.8, but I want to use 6.6)
