Consistency: Option or change to remove accent color from pop-up in Windows 11 style

Currently, the brightness popup created when scrolling the tray icon or using a keybind is colored with the system accent color:

However, the normal system volume and brightness pop-ups are not colored:

Could there be an option added to disable this behavior?

The accent color is actually not used for that. For the Windows 11 style, Twinkle Tray emulates the "Mica" material, which uses a blurred version of your wallpaper. The brightness flyout is not meant to be a 1:1 replica of the native flyouts. The native flyouts use the "Acrylic" material, which I don't have the ability to replicate. Disabling the "Mica Blur" setting in Twinkle Tray may look more appealing to you if you don't want it to use your wallpaper's coloring.
