Can't Remap "F12" key to increase or decrease brightness other "Function" keys work fine.

As the tile says when you try to use F12 this what will happen image

As I use F9-F12 to remap to monitor for increase and decrease brightness this bug have been since the older version one of the reason I didnt use twinkle .
