Configure the App to auto turn on/off monitor with PC power button?

Sorry if this has already been answered but is it possible to configure this app so that when I hibernate my PC, TwinkleTray automatically turns off the monitor and when I turn my PC on again (from hibernation, via the power button) TwinkleTray will automatically run and turn on my monitor again?
