[Feature Request]consider the sunrise/sunset time of current time zone

if twinkle-tray could consider the sunrise/sunset time of current time zone would be awesome! that means the monitor could be slowly dimmed to 0 within 60 min after sunset and turn to 50 within 60min after sunrise.

btw. does auto dark mode in the same app also possible?

Sunrise time can be calculated with a formula from a provided date & latitude. Example: https://www.omnicalculator.com/physics/sunrise-sunset

There are also free APIs available. Example: https://sunrise-sunset.org/api

Someone has already done the hard work producing an Auto Dark Mode app. https://github.com/AutoDarkMode/Windows-Auto-Night-Mode But it's logic cannot simply be copied to Twinkle Tray because it's GPL-3 licenced.
