Steering Wheels support

I know that steering wheels is not suitable for arcade racing games, but it will be good if steering wheels support will be added

I actually am considering adding steering wheel support.

I want to add the vibration stuff first to the plugin before I work on that, though. I am sort of working on it as I find time and interest (and the need).

@xan1242 I'd happily part fund/donate if there is any possibility of getting better wheel support than what currently exists NFSMW. I think it's an area that is severely lacking in the game.

wheel support in MW was designed specifically for the Logitech wheels of the time
