It needs to write its update to the bios value. Any other route is just a workaround to this bug.

Just to add, this dev one works better than the latest. I can actually solve the captcha now, but the captcha still popping up is a problem. Oh well.

We are having this problem as well. Frustrating how this is not getting fixed even with a PR out there to do it.

Unfortunately this hasn't been fixed with 3006.12 either.
