The epsilon issue

The reflector is falsely generating a setter for:

public let 𝑒 = 2.718

in SwiftReflector.UnicodeTests.TheEpsilonIssue

The property is marker "isLet=false" and there is a setter. Which is weird because it's not.

This is also failing this test: SwiftReflector.PropertyWrapTests.ClosureTLProp
