[Bug] HexLayout - xct:HexLayout.Row not working

Description

When following your example of HexLayoutPage, the properties of xct:HexLayout.Row and for xct:HexLayout.Column, doesn't exist.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the CommunityTool package and reference it
2. Create xct:HexLayout
3. Try to set Rows and Collumns of elements setting xct:HexLayout.Row or xct:HexLayout.Column

Expected Behavior

Could set the properties Row and Column

Actual Behavior

xct doesn't have the element HexLayout in the Childs (boxviews if following your example). Just appear DockLayout and StateLayout
