Add Rulers, Snap Alignment and Zoom In/Out to Design Surface

Add horizontal & vertical rulers to the Design Surface and allow the user to drop points that the KimonoShapes will snap to when being edited. Allow the user to zoom in and out of the Design Surface while editing.
