Unable to debug on IOS Simulator or publish release build using Xamarin.Google.IOS.MobileAds

I am using version 8.13.0.3 of Xamarin.Google.ios.mobibleAds with visual studio for Mac Whenever, I attempt to test my app in the ios simulator, I get this error message, below, also same message when attempt to do a release build to publish on the AppStore.

the same issue when update lasted Xamarin.Google.iOS.SignIn
