@Redth , @SotoiGhost , @davidortinau , @jfversluis , Please update to newer versions. Version 8.10.0 for example is one year old.

Support for testing remote notifications in ios simulators would be very useful: https://firebase.google.com/support/release-notes/ios#10.3.0

When will the updates happen? We need to get at least Mobile Ads 9.10.0 to officially support iOS 16.

We created an Firebase iOS slim binding for the things we needed (Analytics & Dynamic Links): https://github.com/thisisthekap/Xamarin.FirebaseSlim.iOS

PRs suggesting additional features are welcome :)

Any ETA on this? Google will start decommissioning their legacy firebase sdk's so we need at least version 10.10.0 for the cloud messaging for IOS to be able to keep using it in our applications.

Hello @Redth and @SotoiGhost , I am wondering if it is still planned to update Firebase iOS Componentes to the latest versions of Firebase SDKs.

We are looking for CloudFirestore aggregation queries. Unfortunately the newest version of the iOS native firestore binding library is 9 months old and doesn't contain this feature yet. The newest version of the android binding library, which was released a few weeks ago, does contain this feature.

Thanks in advance
