Upated files to support opencv 4.

Thanks guys for the good work.

I made few changes to the repo to support OpenCV 4. Could be interesting for you guys as it is now the official version of OpenCV that comes with Jetpack (starting from Jetpack 4.3).

It has been tested on Jetson Nano with Jetpack 4.3 only.

Hello!

Thank you for your help, as soon as this emergency is over and I can access to some Jetson devices, I'll review your pull request. At first glance it seems ok BTW
