Automatically bump extension version on build

When develop is merged to master the pipeline (action) would automatically version the extension. That includes:

• Update the version in extension/manifest.json
• Tag the commit with the same version on master

Will update this with more information. Versioning should follow semantic versioning such that MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH
