建议启用分支保护

当前项目中存在master和next两个分支并且未开启分支保护. 建议对于项目的默认分支和发布分支开启分支保护. 防止强行推送, 和分支删除. 分支保护的配置中还可以增加对于MR的检视和审查规则, 详情请见 https://github.com/ossf/scorecard/blob/417363bc2111719e480d8152e1cfb824fb744ba1/docs/checks.md#branch-protection
